Section 51
Probation

(1) The driver's license issued in accordance with Section 50 shall be issued on a probationary basis for one year.
(2) During the trial period, if the driver does not violate the conditions to be followed in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act more than five times, the authorized officer shall convert his driver's license into a permanent one at his request.
